After initial documents were submitted, there was a phone interview with the department chair, which was followed by a second phone interview with VPAA. Next, I was brought on campus for a day and a half for a variety of interviews with interdepartmental committee including campus pastor and a teaching demonstration. A job offer including the contract was offered at end of campus interview.
