It was online. I was interviewed by some manager from marketing team, she was completely not interested from the beginning, almost did not look at me, felt like she was working on something at the same time. We finished in 10 min instead of 30.

The most basic questions, my pros and cons, education.
The process is so irritating because they mail you from a generic email ID and no one replies to you. They treat it as they are doing a BIG favour by scheduling this interview. No wonder they have a high employee turnover. Very bad management and worse communication
20-minute online interview scheduled easily (they give you flexibility to choose a day and time). I was asked to talk about myself and then asked some position-specific questions (related to marketing).

Primero hacen una prueba cognitiva que consiste en responder 50 preguntas en 12 minutos. Si la pasas, entonces te llaman para una entrevista por videollamada de aproximadamente 20 minutos. Considero que iban un poco rápido y no daba tiempo apresentarse correctamente.
