Quite straight-forward, fast response from sending application to internet test evaluation. Recruitment day consisted of two remote interviews, one with employee from HR team and on with future manager. Received an offer couple of weeks after the interview.

Fue un proceso bastante corto, la misma semana que apliqué me buscaron y tuve 3 entrevistas en días consecutivos. Me dieron muy buen feedback desde un inicio y la semana fluyó bastante bien, para el final de la semana me ofertaron

Entrevista
Very rapid process. One online assessment, one HR interview, and one recruiting day. Overall very positive experience and always very nice people that try to put you at ease. I would recommend going for it.

First interview: Questions about you and your motivation on Emma and the position.
Recruiting day: three different interviews with different people from different teams. Always starting with a personal presentation, motivation, and something outside your CV. Braintesers (three people and one killer / pizza delivery boy with scissors), math games (what is the price of a product if you pay 19% of tax and final price is 100€), simple business cases (build a budget for the first year of a business of your choice) were also asked.
