I met them at a career fair at my university and gave them my resume. They contacted me a week later scheduling an interview on campus. It was a 2 person interview roughly 30 minutes with each person. The interview was pretty relaxed. I was not contacted about the results, but I do know I did not make it to the final round because my friend did. I would have liked a notification that I was no longer being considered.
