One phone interview, about 20 minutes, asked about my experience and talked in Romanian and English. After 8 days they called me to schedule another interview, on Teams, videocall with HR, and 2 of the employees. Took about 40 minutes. They told me they would call me in maximum 2 weeks to tell me the next steps or if I didn't get the job. I was not called back.
