Within the next two or three weeks after applying online, I got called in to come for an interview. The Interview process is a two step process. The first and second process seems almost the same which was all based on behavior questions. The first step was just a surface interview which was about yourself and why you think you deserve the job. The second process goes into deep on the behavior questions.

Due to the fact that the work was instrument builder, I didn't except questions like: Tell us your greatest weakness and strengths.
1st was an interview with supervisors, 2nd with managers and certain production personnel then with Hr reps. They asked about my job history, what skill sets did I have and my mechanical aptitude.

Entrevista
3 interviews, phone with HR, in person with an exam taking on the computer to test basic math and recipe skills, in person same day if you passed the exam with the supervisor of your intended work area.

First we had a phone interview that asked about availability, then we took a computer test and if we passed we moved on to an in person interview with a supervisor.
