After eventually getting an interview the HR gal really did not have her stuff together. Interview ended up being more impromptu than anything. Assembly manager just went through the paces. I did not see anything that I was incapable of doing by any means and they offered less than posted but yet tried to add a "hiring bonus" as if that would compensate for not being paid a proper rate. Do not take the low hanging fruit guys and gals.
