Casual, inviting. Incompetent. They did not respond to application, so I resorted to the Customer Service Chat from their website. My information was forwarded to HR, who scheduled an in-person interview. Though pleasant enough, the interviewer did not respond within the time-frame promised. Indicative of unprofessional atmosphere & standards. MMPI-based "assessment" implied that HR fears getting punched in the eye for unprofessional behavior. Good Luck to them.
