Initial phone interview followed by a link to take an IQ type test and comprehensive DBA skills assessment. The assessment took over 4 hours and covered SSIS, SSRS, creating a data warehouse, and query tuning. After the assessment there was a follow up interview. It took approximately 30 days from when I initially inquired about the position until I received an offer.
