The interview consisted of 2 screenings and 2 interviews over the course of about 2 weeks. The process was fine except it appears of the 4 people I met with no one read my resume? I was being hired for a position in Japan, my resume clearly stated my Japanese language ability, However by the 4th and final interview the interviewer seemed genuinely dismayed that I am not a native Japanese speaker. This alone would be enough to make me very weary of joining a company that is supposed to excel in HR solutions. But the fact I never even got notified of the results really speaks volumes about what kind of company this is. If only one person failed to properly screen my resume, and didn't call me back that would be understandable. The fact my resume made it passed 4 separate people and this was never addressed is pretty bad but maybe could be understood, maybe. But not even having the common business courtesy to let someone who has interviewed 4 times know whether they got the positions or not? For me that is simply not forgivable. For me this basically invalidates everything this company claims to hold important regarding company culture. Feels like I dodged a bullet on this one.
