The process consisted in an interview with both the recruiting manager and some field engineers, at Eugênio de Melo unit. The candidates had talked about their lifes, graduation and perspectives and answer questions provided by the mentors. In the end of the presentations, the Technical and Human Resources team do a meeting and choose who will pass to the next phase of the interview process.
