Easy and laid back. Questions like "why do we have a rewards system"? "How would you handle a customer who is complaining about a dirty bathroom or stale popcorn"? "Whats a challenge you've overcome"? "What would you like to improve on"?

The interview process was very simple! The first question was what makes you a good fit and another question was what's your biggest weakness and are you doing anything to improve yourself? It was a lady that interviewed me and she was very nice just make sure you make eye contact and be honest
