The process took almost a month.
3 Interviews, one with direct manager, another with a person above, another with both.
The position was an entry one considering my skills, but I was available to start small due to the "hire and fire" culture someone highlighted in other Glassdoor reviews.
No problem in proving myself first, and help the company in other areas before moving on to greater responsibilities.
At a certain point, I've highlighted how the direct manager was not available yet, so I'd like to get a chance to speak with him/her first before making a decision.
The reaction I got was not positive, what lead me to believe the company is not very amenable to listening for forms of dissent or senior thinking into career building.
As an experienced candidate, I found that odd, to say the least.
Then there was total silence for 2 weeks, with me asking feedback in the middle, with none available.
Finally (after another interaction by me), I was told the job had been offered to another candidate.
The overall impression in terms of candidate experience was bad. Clearly the company is not searching for "best minds" like their HR Marketing tries to share, and development prospects might be bad.
As such, it's clear talent is not valued, and good technical candidates might want to give this one a pass.
