The recruiting process was efficient. Initially, I had applied for a different job, but the recruiter encouraged me to apply for a different position that was more suited to my interests and level of experience. I interviewed with 3 people on the phone, and 2 in person. The people I spoke to sold me on working for Elsevier and I knew I wanted to be part of their team.
