I was contacted by the Talent Acquisition Manager in regards to my online application for the position. We scheduled a 30 minute discovery conversation which occurred two days following the email correspondence. Following the conversation, I was scheduled to interview with the CIO and stand-in Technical Director via a Bluejeans conference. I was asked a series of questions in regards to technology by the Technical Director, then asked a few questions by the Chief Information Officer. My expectations were there would be more questions focused on management, considering the number of projects and subordinate employees, however that was not the case. Overall, the experience was good. The gentlemen were friendly in their presentation of information and clear in their communications when answering my questions.
