Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 3 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en Ellucian (Salt Lake City, UT) en may 2015
Entrevista
When I got past the flakey recruiter who forgot about me, and after submitting a second job application to get someone's attention, it was pretty smooth and was overall easy. The technical interview was non-existent.

Prompt and efficient. No wasted time. Answered all my questions. Treated me with respect. Best interview process I have experienced. I met with different levels of people (i.e. team members and manager level) during separate interviews so each could be focused on the proper content.

Very prompt and professional.
There were four rounds in total :
First is the written round which involved answering 20 questions .
Then technical round .
Followed by Manager round.
Finally the HR round
I applied for UI Developer profile and got a call for a f2f interview. They were hiring for java and ui developer. First round was a written technical round common for both java and UI. It consisted of all aptitude and JAVA spring hibernate questions. Out of 30 questions only two questions were UI related , on jquery. After years of experience in complete ui development and javascript , how can they expect ui people to answer questions on hibernate, hashedmap and tree map. Most pathetic selection procedure I ever saw. Time waste.
