The interview process consisted of 2 main stages. The 1st stage was conducted online with the CIO. This round primarily focused on assessing the candidate’s understanding of the SDLC, OOPs, etc. The 2nd stage was held in person & comprised 3 separate rounds. The first part involved DSA questions, along with a practical task designed to evaluate hands-on technical skills. This was followed by an interview with the Director. The final round was again with the CIO & was based on a case study. However, the relevance of the case study was questionable, especially for candidates without a background in the stock market or financial domain.
