Was an awesome interview process. The company is straightforward and they are professional and care about teamwork. I was screened over the phone and then hired after one I'm person interview. I was completely honest with tem about my driving record and they were willing to work around it. I was very happy with the interview process and they were gracious to give me an opportunity to get paid to learn the trade.

Prior work history. The reason why I was passionate about plumbing. What was my current knowledge of the trade. Where do I see myself in the future as a technician. They want to know about punctuality. How well do I work alone and how well do I work with others. They will ask how willing you are to learn and accept that you don't know everything and never will. There is always room for growth.
