Could be more strategic and high-level.
5️⃣ Culture Fit Interview
Assessing soft skills, teamwork, and alignment with company values.

Entrevista
After CV application, I had 1 quick call with the HR and then proceed to another online interview with the Manager in the following week. I kept in touch with the HR through WhatsApp and we call before and after the main interview to keep each other posted until the final result.

Entrevista
I wanted to share what has been one of the most disappointing interview experiences in my 7 years of working with tech startups.
I received an email from Elfie stating I had been selected for an initial meeting with Aaron Pinney. I was genuinely excited about the opportunity and even took a half day off to prepare thoroughly. However, when the time came for the interview, no one showed up. I waited for 15 minutes before ending the call.
It felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful of my time. At this point, it seems more like a tactic to increase app downloads rather than a genuine recruitment effort.
If a company doesn't value the time and effort of potential candidates during the hiring process, it raises serious concerns about how it treats its employees. Based on this experience, I would not recommend considering Elfie as an employer.
