I interviewed for an HR role at Eleving Group and was told at the end of the interview that I would be contacted within a day regarding next steps. After not hearing back, I followed up twice over the following weeks but received no response from either the recruiter or the hiring manager, which is called "ghosting". Unfortunately, I experienced no closure on the process, which I found disappointing. Clear and timely communication is a key part of a positive candidate experience, and a lack of response leaves a negative impression of the company’s professionalism and employer brand.
