This was an extremely long process of being strung along for six months after completing two lengthy and time-consuming assessments and a zoom interview. The obscene length of the process felt disrespectful and a waste of time given the effort I put into the assessments.

The interview process felt like rapid fire AI questions, with no actual conversation between. This would be fine if they were maybe taking notes. However they aren’t and they are just looking to get through the 40 questions they have written down. They asked the same question, just reworded four different times. Beware and try to think of different variations of your answers because it seems like they don’t even know what they’re doing at all.
