First interview with HR and second interview with dept managers. I was not called for position I applied for. During interview I was asked questions about working with claims, providers, working with team, working from home, provider contracts, credentialing, and using salesforce.
Virtual interview was very organized and informative. It started on time with no technical difficulties, which is always great. Overall, I was very impressed with the hiring managers and the information that was presented.
