The gentleman I had a phone interview with called on our scheduled day and time and said he needed to reschedule b/c their systems were down. They were to call on 02/01 at 1pm my time. They called at noon, and leave a voicemail saying we had a scheduled phone interview and since I didn't answer, they were moving on to the next applicant. They outsource this department to India and when I tried to call back, I got a recording saying it was an outbound number only and didn't accept incoming calls. They obviously got their time zones mixed up and it COST ME A JOB!!!
