I applied for the position in Mid October. I didn’t hear anything back until Mid November and then I was called for a face to face interview in late
November. I interviewed with two people. One of the interviewers was the team lead and the other was the manager. They were very polite and easy to speak with. I received a WOTC form and my background check application a week later.

Usually there are at least two people present to ask questions. The Manager and a Supervisor. Very friendly and they put your mind at ease. Questions were pretty basic and common sense questions. It is helpful if you have previous Call Center experience.

Applied for the position online, received an email for a face to face interview with the Manager and department lead. A week later I received an email to complete the WOTC info and background check information. The next day I received the call for the offer.
