Interview was with two Anthem employees. If you move forward into a in person interview have examples prepped for the "typical" behavior scenario questions. Anthem employees were kind during the interview and made the interview very comfortable. There was a strong interest in how you handled team environments and if you were comfortable and willing to work in a team setting.

The first interview was a recorded Q&A. You had 3 tries to get the recorded response you wanted. The second interview was a 30 minute interview on Microsoft Teams. The manager was polite, personable, and the interview was casual.
