Screening interview for skills and testing, then 2 more interviews. one with dept manager (skills based) and the other with deputy President (obscure questions to see how you think--I assume)

A couple phone interviews, a math assessment, and then an on-site interview. This was not a positive interviewing experience, though the employees were very nice. HR screwed up the interview process several times. First, they scheduled a final phone call incorrectly, so I was completely caught off guard when I was called. Next, at the on-site interview, one man who was supposed to interview me did not show up, so I sat alone in a room for an hour. No move was made to fix that situation after the fact. Finally, a few months in, I was told that the position I had been interviewing for did not exist anymore.
