First step was to complete an online assessment of basic arithmetic and objective reasoning, this process took about 3 days to get the results. After the online tests an in person interview was scheduled at their office. I met with two employees from the company and we began going over my resume and the skills listed. One of the two seemed completely uninterested from the start, never spoke, and would often look at his phone sulking in his chair. The other was mildly better and attentive to my follow up questions about the company. His questions weren't incredibly difficult because they were mostly about if I would willing to attain more certifications.
Afterwards, I was told through my recruiter that they didn't want someone under dressed because it was a customer facing job. I wore a nice pair of dress pants, button up shirt and tie with dress shoes so it was an obvious power move.
