I had a really great experience interviewing at Electric. Went through 4 rounds with them. Questions were a mix of technical know-how and behavioral (tell me about a time, how would you approach, etc). Interviewers either in Product/Design or Engineering. Everyone was super knowledgeable about the space, transparent about the challenges and opportunities, and seemed genuinely excited to answer questions and talk through their approach to solving problems. It'll definitely help if you brush up on some core principles of identity and device management prior to hopping on a call. I ended up accepting an offer at another company prior to finishing the process with Electric, but I walked away very impressed with the org + staff.

Behavioral questions for product experience. Technical questions to gauge how will you understand identity conventions and device management conceptually.
Had a phone screen with recruiter followed by a call with the VP of product. I think the call went well. Waited for 8 days to hear back. Recruiter did not answer request for update. Got an automated email informing me they moved forward with a different candidate.

Phone Screen In Feb. Recruiter and Company forget to respond back. Re engage with them in May. Go through the entire interview process. Phone Screen, Case Study, 5-6 Interviews, Meeting with the CTO. They even call my references just to get ghosted by the recruiter to never hear back or even get a automated response.
No one should interview at a company that ghosts you after reaching out to your references or ghost you in general. I felt like this was more of a info/idea grab interview which seems pretty unethical.

Case Study question around how I would solve for onboarding around large organizations.
