I met with two recruiters from Elanco. One of them I had met at the career fair a few days before and then another recruiter as well. In the beginning of the interview they mentioned that I should answer questions in the STAR method. They were both very nice and easy to talk with, but it was hard to get a read on them. Received an automated email three weeks after the interview saying I would not be moving forward in the process.
