While there’s a brief chat to get to know you, the main focus is practical—demonstrating how well you can handle making cake bases. You’ll be shown the process first, then asked to replicate it. No prior experience is needed, just a willingness to learn and work as part of a team. It’s more about attitude and enthusiasm than formal qualifications.

It was very informal and rushed at the back of the store and I was contacted immediately after the process. Questions were standard and can be practiced beforehand. This can differ from branch to branch.
