Initial communication was through the phone with the HR head. HR Head was very supportive and guided me throughout the interview and selection process. He made everything go smooth. I went through a total of 3 interviews and everything was scheduled and followed up on time. Agreeing to a little less salary offer was a bit difficult for me but the HR head successfully persuaded me to accept the offer by realizing me the opportunities for professional and career growth at this company.
