My experience was quite good. The HR person I met was Prachi she explained me the whole process very well. Though it was a very lengthy but the way they managed it was professional. I received the feedback through an email. Even after the interview when I called her for the next steps she was active to attend those unlike my other experience s with HR's, who generally dont even respond the call once interview is done. EVC has a Service agreement and cheque policy too. They were transparent about it when I met the HR . That is nothing but a normal policy to ensure people do not leave in mid way because of the nature of business so I was okay with it completely. Then I met people from the team steve they were also very helpful to let me know about the process and business role. Overall they have a very detailed interview setup you really have to be patient if you are applying. But the team is great the way they treat.

No process, Just fake. They will ask you to meet random people who have nothing to do with your job and everybody will tell something new. Pathetic experience. During the first screening they promise certain things as USP and as you move along the process you would get to know none of them is true. 3 years bond for that they take bank check with amounts ranging in lacks to issue you offer letter.
