      Well organised and difficulty level was up to the standard. The Test Assessment was conducted prior to 3 Rounds of Technical and Talent Advisor round. If you clear then offer is released and Background verification is done prior to joining.

      i applied via LinkedIn. HR called and then asked all my marks of different educations levels since they pick candidates only with >70% throughout. Firs round was hacker Rank related to testing , defect , process Etc . Questions were repeated and ambigous answers. Still cleared the first round . Second round was technical via webex and two panelist. They did not ask any standard technical questions. Instead just ask related to process and statistics of automation - how many test cases are automated, how many of them i have automated, how many defects automation can find in each release etc. What approach you used for automation , why automation depends on data , etc. Most of the questions were baseless. Second round was kind of managerial for 30 mins over phone and related to process, interest of mine, strengths weakness etc i was surprised by the HR for a third round which was for Payments related questions. Two panelists . They were very happy and they told that they havent interviewed any candidate like this with very good payment domain knowledge. Last round was more of cultural fitment over phone for 15 mins. questions like why edgve verve , how did you hear about edgeverve etc. The final picture is very interesting. The recruiter was not happy with my base package being high. In between all the rounds, he kept on asking if the package is negotiable and etc. After I cleared he comes and tells you have cleared all rounds we are very happy, you have good feedback, so we are giving you a very good role with more variable component but overall CTC is less and less Fixed. i was like salary must be proportionate to the feedback and the knowledge. he again tells edgverve is product-based, you will never get a company like this as this is product-based. But they wont provide you product-based salary. They were crying to give 15% fixed component hike. By this time i got some other offer and told them that I have got a different offer and to keep his product-based offer for himself and they never released the offer nor did they negotiate. Totally there were 5 rounds and 1 hacker rank test at the beginning.
