I applied for a role and was invited to select a date and time for a technical test. I arranged time off work in order to complete this, but unfortunately, I never received any further communication. Despite following up multiple times to seek clarification, I received no response.
It’s disappointing to be asked to reserve time for a scheduled process, only to be met with silence. Even an automated rejection email would have been appreciated. The lack of communication came across as unprofessional and left a poor impression of the process.

the first step is the techinical assessment, that you have to do after the application is sub,itted. They are quick with their response and thereafter there is face to face interviews
The application, then I was contacted for a technical test, and after the test, I was invited for a short 30-minute interview. The emails they wrote were very generic and impersonal. It made the whole process feel automatic.
