Thank you for providing us this feedback. We are sorry your experience was not optimal. Our CEO Joe feels terribly that you were left with the impression that your time was not valuable. It certainly is.
We have been doing most of our initial interviewing via the phone or video chat because we find it helps speed along our process and is more flexible for our candidates too. That way, people don't have to take longer amounts of time off of a current job to travel to our office.
Our updated process includes 1) Recruiter 15 min phone interview , 2) Manager 30 minute phone interview, 3) Online Case Study (1 hr time limit), 4) CEO 15-30 minute phone interview, 5) in-person interview with 2-3 people at 30-45 minutes each in the office.
