Phone interview. Went through my resume, focusing on my current job projects. Asked why want to find a new job . On-site interview. 2 rounds in one day. First round met with managers who work closely with the team and asked behavior questions. Second round, tech questions. Describe a project in the current job, tell the challenge and how to solve it.

I was invited to schedule an appointment for a phone screening. At the scheduled time, the recruiter did not contact me. I kept waiting for the call and emailed the recruiter, after which she asked me to reschedule the call without giving any reason. At the second appointment, the exact same thing was repeated. Finally, she called at the third scheduled time (called 5 minutes late) and asked only a few questions and wrapped up the phone screening in barely 4 minutes. This entire process of rescheduling went for over 15 days. After following up after the phone screening the recruiter told they are moved forward with other candidates.
