Easy laid back interviiew, very easy, more getting to know you and simple conversation. This is a better approach because nowadays interviews seem fake , and answers are fixated. The interviewer seems to want to know about you as an individual - what your hobbies are , recreational acitivity etc Very nice office setting, laid back office. People were extremely kind and helpful. This looks like a great firm to work for. I did not accept their offer as I received a better opportunity. They do offer a wonderful benefits package.

The interview process was professional but it also felt casual. I was very comfortable and felt like I was just having a conversation with every person I interviewed with. Overall it was one of the most comfortable interviews I have ever had.

I had a very positive experience interviewing with Edelman Financial Engines. The process consisted of three stages: an initial conversation with a recruiter, followed by interviews with the hiring manager and a financial planner.
Each stage was well-organized, professional, and communicated clearly. The recruiter was responsive and helpful in setting expectations, and both the hiring manager and planner created a welcoming environment while still asking thoughtful, relevant questions.
Overall, the process felt thorough but efficient, and I appreciated the transparency throughout. It gave me a strong sense of the company culture and what the role would entail.

Easy phone screen with HR to discuss previous work experience followed by an easy interview with manager over Zoom about a week later. Offer was given a week after the final interview.
