I had a phone interview scheduled with the recruiter. It wasn't a very good interview The recruiter was almost 10 mins late( it was a 30 minute interview). I felt the recruiter had a certain bias towards me, meaning she wasn't planning on advancing me to the next steps even before conversing. I felt like she was judging me as she reviewed my resume and she was going through line by line in a condescending tone. She was asking me questions like " why did you have one month off between job" (the job start date was a month later) and making assumptions about my resume. She tried to dissuade my enthusiasm for this role by saying things like "this person has huge shoes to fill and not everyone can do this job". I am not posting this because I did not receive the job. I have interviewed at many places but this interview was one of the most awkward interviews I have ever had. I'm glad I didn't get an offer because I would have wanted to work in an environment like this.

I was contacted after applying online and had the phone screen, then moved onto the 2nd phone interview with the hiring manager who then said HR would get back to me, which they did within a few days to schedule a 3 hour, 6 person onsite interview. I was on time. No one had me on the security list when I got there. The first interview person couldn’t make it, so only 5 people to interview me separately. The 1st one the 30 minute interview was shortened to 15 due to no one dialing into the conference room I was in. That interviewer acted annoyed with me. The middle 3 interviews went well, I thought. Then the last was with a person not supposed to meet with me but filled in for another person who bailed on my interview.

Four different interviews in one day. Two were done onsite and the the other two were done via video conferencing. References were checked prior to interview and were asked to complete an online questionnaire about the candidate.
