Entrevista
The interview process is fairly straightforward. It begins with two technical rounds: one focused on verbal Java programming questions and the other on an extremely simple live coding session. If you have a solid grasp of programming fundamentals, these should be a piece of cake.
After passing the technical rounds, you'll have an interview with the CEO. In my experience, her approach was somewhat dismissive. She tried to downplay my experience and skills, likely to justify a lower-than-average salary offer. The primary advantage of this role is that it’s mostly remote.

Entrevista
It started with non-technical question on the phone, including talking about myself from the resume before going to technical questions that includes Java and Object-oriented programming and concepts. There also some programming where you find out what it does. Also, it involves a bit of Java programming.

What's the difference between break and continue? Can multiple catch blocks be executed? What do you know about MVC (Model-View-Controller)? What's the difference between sleep and wait? What's the difference between set, list, and map? Can you manually start Java garbage collection? What specific restrictions for overriding the method? What's the reason to have a finally block? What's the difference between error and exception?

Entrevista
I was called to ask if I had a few minutes of time to discuss my resume found on a recruiting website. They were very helpful in describing their company as well as they were pretty transparent on what they looked for in a potential hire which was nice pre-interview. During the interview it was nice to see both the technical side of the company as well as the business side. I felt the negotiation process for my salary went smoothly. Easiest process of interviewing I have experienced.
