We just did a sample conversation. They asked common questions and scenario situations as a customer and I answer them how I usually answered as chat support. Like when a customer asks about the item but I am unsure of what to do as it wasn't on the vendor's FAQs. They'll be testing your problem-solving skills on how to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
