Interview process was easy. Met with Controller, Legal Counsel, and Director of Financial Planning, all of whom had been with the company for quite some time (5+ years). Questions were not technical, but did ask process questions to be sure I knew what I was talking about. It took a long time to get an offer after the interview.

Entrevista
I had a series of two interviews - the first covered some basics and was generally a screening-style interview. The second interview was more in-depth with the person who would be my direct supervisor and knowledgeable about the details of the position

They asked about a situation from my work history that displayed how I used the skills necessary for the position combined with working with a team of people to manage and execute a complex, long-germ project.
