Phone call with HR. After that in person interviews. One with the direct Supervisor and HR. Following a second interview with the future team/ coworkers. casual and relaxed atmosphere. They want to make sure the person will match the team and not only the skills.

Behavioral questions related to prior experience. Looking for a lot of details and related to roll. No short answers and it’s basically story telling experienced. Have thoughts layed out to be fresh helped a lot. Depends on the role actually.
