I met with all 5 staff members including the HR supervisor individually for about 1 hour each and took a 45 minute plant tour where I was also asked to observe and locate 5 situations standing out that should not be present in a regular production shift and then during lunch with one of the staff managers, I was asked to reveal what I had found. All of the interviewers were very friendly and professional and asked questions focused on the position that I was applying for and then a few questions as to what brought me to the reason for the job move and how I thought I would be effective as an employee of the company.

After the first interview with the recruiter, you will be interviewed by the Engineering Manager, followed by a panel interview.
Overall everyone at the company is super friendly, very respectful and responsive.
It’s just a very slow process.

Entrevista
Initial interview was by telephone from an Eaton representative out of Cleveland, OH. Interview process was straightforward and the representative was professional. The questions were about problem-solving in an independent and team environment. The interview was based on experiences versus theoretical situations. The interviewer was familiar with Eaton corporate culture and statuses. But understandably, deferred technical questions about the position to a future second interviewer
