I had on the phone interview. I did not receive a call back for over a month. Then a company called all of my previous employers and I had a urine drug test. They will interview with a Human Resource manager and your future supervisor. So you will get behavioral questions and you will get technical questions. Just express to them what you want to learn from the experience.
