Took well over 5 months, multiple interviews over several days but this is normal for a leadership Development. Program. The HR staff were super nice and seemed genuinely interested in you as an individual
Got called by an employee for an initial screening interview and provided availability for further interview. Next stage was a 1 hour interview with a manger and someone from HR

They are very kind people and have good energy. Easy, open, and quick communication. Very clear definition of the role and had a chance to interview people in different functions.

3 rounds of interview (1 with HR, 2 with mangers, 3 with leadership team and with presentation). No technical questions. Easy to talk to and lots of questions surrounding leadership and challenges.
