The first step was completing two phone interviews. After the phone interviews I was invited to a half day final interview session in Ohio with three interviewers. Also, I networked over lunch with current Eaton employees.

Tell me about a time you had to deal with an ethical issue and how did you handle the situation.
On-campus interview. Had a current FLDP participant talk to us pre-interview about the program. Interviewer was very detailed and prompted for answers. Interview was about 1 hour. Had time to ask question at end. Asked about willingness to relocate. Asked about international assignment. Asked about why manufacturing industry. Overall, a smooth interview.
