Met Eaton requiters at the career fair, and within the week I was contacted via email to set up a time for an interview. The interview itself was on campus, was about an hour long, and was a basic behavioral interview (Note: longer than the average behavioral interview). If you passed through this first-round interview you were then invited to interview again in mid-October.
