I recently interviewed for a Backend Engineer at Easyship. The process consisted of five rounds: 1. HR Screening: Initial discussion with the HR representative to understand my background and expectations. 2. Video Submission: I submitted a recorded video answering three pre-set questions. 3. Technical Interview: A one-on-one technical interview with Joao Romao (Engineering Manager), where we discussed my experience, technical skills, and problem-solving approaches. 4. Pair Programming: A live coding session with Joao Romao, where we worked together on a problem to assess my coding skills and collaboration style. 5. Final Discussion: A conversation with Jorge Vitor, which was framed as the final discussion regarding the position and offer. Unfortunately, after the final discussion, the company stopped responding and ghosted me without any feedback or closure. Feedback: The interview process was well-structured, and I appreciated the technical depth and engagement during the rounds. However, the sudden lack of communication after the final discussion was disappointing and unprofessional. A brief update or feedback, even if negative, would have been appreciated.

I love the way they conducting the technical test. We will be given few different cases that help them to get a picture what the dev is going to do with the issue and they will evaluate if the developer create a possible solutions that can persist in a longer term way.
