Interview process included a screening call with HR, then interview with the hiring manager, then follow up with HR. I was told typically there would have been more interviewers on the panel, but due to timing they chose to do a shorter review process. Overall it was fine, but expect to have a long wait time between application and interviews; Eastman runs pretty slow in that regard.
