First Interview: Preliminary Viva Interview Basic questions like about yourself, current job roles, education background, family details, etc. About 10-15 minutes of just a casual conversation. Once they feel determined, they will process you with a written test in 1-2 hours on the same day. Second Interview: Written Exam. Some short Q/A & MCQ: english grammatical questions, english & bangla essay writing, basic banking questions, like the full form of a term, maths and some general knowledge questions. *Note: Don't forget to take your calculator.* Once you pass this written test, the next viva will be with the HoD of the department and some other respected persons from the senior management team.
